It’s always been about the red soled shoes. Those Christian Louboutin every woman dreams of
owning, every man fantasizes feeling digging in their backside while they pleasure the woman
under them. And who wouldn’t want that? Even Jennifer Lopez wrote a song about that special
pair. So it’s only fair that they’d be smack dab in the middle of a scandal and having to rush to
fix the situation as soon as possible. As much as the situation can be dreadful, I have to admit
to the number of times that I laughed my butt off at the witty banter, the craziness surrounding
having to hide and keeping under wraps their secret (and hoping that it doesn’t create and
worldwide scandal), I also enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t a dark erotic, or depressing novel, or
even paranormal, it was truly the type of novel that you can relate to and let yourself be taken
away and ride the wave. However, be aware that the Dirty Little Secret is a two part series and
as such, I’d advise readers to read both, it’s worth the thrill.
